The information will remain confidential and will only be viewable by prospective students/parents and the staff at "Where's My Tutor." This information includes tutors' email addresses, telephone numbers, personal information, contact information, and credit card information.

All materials created by, and used to represent Where's My Tutor?, is protected by trademark and/or copyright and is owned and controlled by Next Level Tutors, LLC, the parent company. "Materials" include, but are not limited to, the company name, logo, website graphics, website text, the phrase "Home is Where the Help Is," and any and all printed brochures and forms. None of these materials may be copied, imitated, or misused in any way.

These hyperlinked sites are not owned by Where's My Tutor?, and are only included to provide additional outside educational resources for our parents and tutors. Attention Registered Tutors

The yearly fee of $14.99 (or $24.99) is non-refundable. At the end of one calendar year from the date you signed up for a Membership, you will automatically be rebilled. If you choose not to allow your subscription to renew, please visit PayPal anytime before the one year deadline to cancel your subscription.

Tutor Disclaimer

Where's My Tutor? has established a database of more than 3700+ tutors located in many cities and regions around the United States. While all of our tutors are qualified and highly experienced instructors, it is the parents' responsibility to conduct any and all background and reference checks. Students who are under the age of 18 may not contact any tutors in our directory without first obtaining consent from their legal parent or guardian.


Service Access

While Where's My Tutor? endeavours to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, Where's My Tutor? shall not in any way be liable if, for any reason, this Website is unavailable and/or does not function as intended at any time or for any period.
